2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.


3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Our products are intended for adult users only. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

We operate an age verification process, which may include:

  • Electronic age verification at checkout;
  • Manual document verification upon request;
  • Age verification at delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where age verification cannot be successfully completed.


4. Products & Information

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice;
  • Correct errors in descriptions or pricing;
  • Limit quantities per order where required by law.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

A legally binding contract is formed only when payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by us.


6. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g. PayPal). We do not store or process card details directly.


7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights Act 2022)

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
  • You must inform us of your decision to withdraw before this period expires.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.


8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


9. Faulty Goods & Warranty

Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected.

  • Coils / consumables: Dead-on-arrival only.
  • Batteries / electronic devices: Limited warranty (typically 3–6 months, unless stated otherwise).

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect charging, or unauthorised modification is not covered.


10. Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.


11. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.


12. Nicotine & Safety Notice

Some products may contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. Products containing nicotine are not sold to persons under 18 years of age.

Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.


13. WEEE & Environmental Responsibility

Electrical devices and batteries must not be disposed of with household waste.

Under WEEE regulations, you may return qualifying used electrical equipment and batteries for safe disposal. Please contact us for details on available take-back options.


14. GDPR & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.


18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
