Delivery & Shipping Information – EirHorse Ireland
We dispatch all orders within Ireland exclusively via An Post to ensure consistent delivery standards and full traceability.
- Standard Delivery (An Post): €4.99 on orders under €50.
- Free Delivery: Automatically applied to orders over €50.
- Typical delivery time: 1–2 working days (Ireland).
Orders confirmed before 14:00 (2 PM) on working days are dispatched the same day.
Custom Orders
We offer custom handling for specific combinations of DIY components, flavour concentrates, and hardware.

Cancellations & Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
- Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled immediately.
- After dispatch: Products may be returned within 14 days, subject to the hygiene and safety rules below.
Hygiene & Safety Policy (Sealed Goods)
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once opened, in line with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This applies to:
- E-liquids
- Flavour concentrates
- DIY bases and additives
Important: Many e-liquid bottles do not use shrink-wrap or reliable factory tamper rings. To ensure safety and prevent misuse, EirHorse applies its own Quality Control security seal to individual bottles before dispatch.
- Bottles with shrink-wrap: The foil must be fully intact.
- Bottles without shrink-wrap: The EirHorse QC Security Seal must be intact and unbroken.
If a returned product shows any signs of opening, seal damage, or interference, it is considered unfit for resale and a refund will be refused.
For orders containing more than 5 units of the same sealed product, we cannot reliably verify individual bottle integrity once removed from our controlled environment.
- Returns are only accepted if all items are returned fully sealed and with all EirHorse QC Security Seals intact.
- If any seal within the returned batch is broken, the entire return may be refused.
Delivery Issues & Resolution
If An Post does not complete delivery within 10 working days:
- A full re-delivery will be arranged at no additional cost.
- If re-delivery fails, a full refund will be issued.
Please notify us of any delivery issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
