Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order please send us an email, shipped already orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. The Customer must send us any documentation via e-mail within 5 days of the event. If there is no delivery within a reasonable time frame /10 Days/ we guarantee: Full reshipment at our cost, a store discount. or full refund only upon redelivery failure.
